NOW HIRING
•Experienced Aesthetics Injector Must have prior experience as an Aesthetics Injector•confident in basic injector skills and have performed treatments independently. Independant Work Environment with a small team of experienced injectors as collaborators and support. Owner is very hands on but is has a "servant leadership" approach that is meant to support providers in their ethos while maintaining clinical standards and guidelines for health, safety, and over all patient care. Flexible Schedules Bi-weekly booking Hourly Guarantee for the negotiable Covenant Period Starts at $68 per hour DOE + competitive bonus Need not apply without prior experience as an aesthetic injector. Low staff turn over, as in none. We are a small team of competent providers who enjoy our work/life balance, value a high standard of care, and truly enjoy one another. Candidate fit is very important to us and will be evaluated on clinical and culture suitability. Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations with patients to determine best treatments for their desired outcome and create a plan of care within the practice guidelines. Carry out treatment plan with confidence, expertise, and appropriate usage and quantity of product while providing a safe and clean treatment regimen per practice protocols. Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Provide appropriate follow-ups and timely responses to all treated patients. Maintain an energetic positive attitude and contribute toward a quality and peaceful work environment. Accurately record client treatments in EMR the day of treatment Actively promote the practice, treatments, and services, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available Reply to this ad with your resume and cover letter.
