Full Job Description Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree from accredited university Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or related training and work experience for certification waivers under the District of Innovation Plan (DOI) Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior Ability to supervise agriculture mechanic field experiences Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning Commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the field of agricultural education Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in agricultural mechanics Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
