Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a hard working and motivated Client Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with internal teams. This role will be responsible for putting together solutions for business owners and fostering long-term partnerships with them.
Responsibilities Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that align with client needs. Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and feedback. Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the client and the company. Utilize system for tracking client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics. Lead business development efforts to expand the client base and enhance service offerings. Provide leadership and support to junior team members as needed. Skills Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within sales teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions. Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for contracts and agreements. Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary. Leadership abilities to guide team initiatives and mentor colleagues. Alabama Life & Health license preferred but not required. We will assist in licensing and training. This is an uncapped performance based income structured position.
