Key Responsibilities As an Agent in Training, you will play a vital role in driving our agency's success while building your own rewarding sales career.

Your responsibilities will include:

Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policyholders Consulting with clients to assess their needs and recommending tailored coverage solutions Selling and cross-selling insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies Building and maintaining lasting client relationships through ongoing support and regular policy reviews Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets that contribute to both your success and agency growth Staying current on product options and ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are met Managing leads, client follow-ups, and renewals efficiently using CRM tools Participating in team meetings and collaborative sales strategy sessions Who We're Looking For We are seeking ambitious, career-driven sales professionals who excel in achieving exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have:

1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales A teachable attitude, eager to grow and develop Strong organizational and time management skills Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred, or willingness to obtain) Bilingual skills (a plus) Why Join Us?
