is growing its service team and looking to add another Marine Service Tech/ Mechanic Must be reliable, a self starter, a team player, good with customers and with good troubleshooting experience. You will be responsible for ensuring functionality and reliability of boats, motors and trailers. Certifications are a plus. Responsibilities Port Boats Inspect water craft, motors, etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve in a timely manner Perform thorough maintenance of all equipment and keep neat/orderly logs on all equipment repairs & reported issues Consult and collaborate with multiple resources Be prepared to undertake other duties as they arise Skills Proven experience as a Mechanic / Technician Excellent knowledge of outboard motors, hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components Very good communication skills A problem-solving ability Physical strength Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a definite plus Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
