This is a fast-paced, people-focused role at the center of the office experience. You'll be the person agents, clients, and team members rely on to keep the office organized, responsive, welcoming, and running at a high level every day. What You'll OwnAgent Experience & Office Support Serve as a primary point of contact for agents, clients, and visitors Deliver fast, professional, and solution-oriented support Help create a positive, organized, and high-energy office environment Ensure agents feel supported, welcomed, and taken care of every day Agent Onboarding & Integration Coordinate and manage the onboarding experience for new agents Ensure agents are properly set up across office systems, tools, and processes Help create a smooth, organized, and welcoming transition into the office Support agents during their first weeks to ensure a strong start and positive experience Office Operations & Coordination Help keep the office running efficiently, smoothly, and professionally Coordinate schedules, meetings, office communications, and day-to-day activities Support office events, trainings, and internal initiatives Maintain organization and accuracy across office systems and records Systems & Technology Learn and adapt quickly to new systems, software, and AI tools Help improve organization, consistency, and operational efficiency Maintain strong follow-through and attention to detail across all responsibilities What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: Agents feel supported, valued, and taken care of New agents have an exceptional onboarding experience The office operates in an organized, professional, and high-energy manner Communication is responsive, accurate, and reliable Problems are solved proactively with a positive attitude The overall office experience consistently reflects a high standard Who This Role Is For You are highly organized and naturally detail-oriented You enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences You are proactive and solve problems without waiting to be told You thrive in fast-paced, people-driven environments You communicate professionally and confidently You are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, software, and AI tools You enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performance team You take pride in being dependable, responsive, and solution-oriented Who This Role Is NOT For Someone who struggles with organization or follow-through Someone uncomfortable interacting with people throughout the day Someone who needs constant supervision or direction Someone resistant to technology, systems, or change Someone who prefers low-energy or slow-paced work environments Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer service, office coordination, administration, hospitality, or operations support Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency with technology, software platforms, and office systems Real estate experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience and qualifications Bonus opportunities 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Why Join Us You'll play a key role in supporting a high-performing real estate office and helping agents succeed every day.
