This is a fast-paced, people-focused role at the center of the office experience. You'll be the first person agents, clients, guests, and vendors interact with—and the person who helps set the tone, energy, and professionalism of the office every day. What You'll OwnFirst Impressions & Front Desk Experience Welcome agents, clients, guests, and vendors in a warm and professional manner Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and office inquiries Help create a polished, organized, and high-energy office environment Ensure the front desk and common areas remain clean, professional, and inviting throughout the day Agent Concierge & Support Support agents with day-to-day office needs, questions, and basic support requests Deliver fast, responsive, and solution-oriented communication Help ensure agents feel supported, welcomed, and taken care of Provide hospitality and support that elevates the overall office experience Office Coordination & Operations Support Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, office communication, and daily office flow Support office events, trainings, and internal initiatives Help maintain office organization, supplies, and operational consistency Coordinate with the leadership and operations team to help keep the office running smoothly Systems & Technology Learn and adapt quickly to office systems, software, and AI tools Maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through Help ensure communication and requests are handled efficiently and professionally What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: Everyone who enters the office feels welcomed and valued Agents receive fast, professional, and dependable support The office environment feels organized, polished, and high-energy Communication is responsive, accurate, and professional Problems are solved proactively with a positive attitude The overall office experience consistently reflects a high standard Who This Role Is For You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences You are friendly, polished, and professional You are highly organized and detail-oriented You communicate clearly and confidently You are proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented You are comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment You are tech-savvy and open to learning new systems, software, and AI tools You enjoy being part of a collaborative and high-performance team Who This Role Is NOT For Someone uncomfortable interacting with people throughout the day Someone who struggles with organization or follow-through Someone who prefers isolated or low-interaction work Someone resistant to technology, systems, or change Someone who prefers slow-paced environments Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, office support, reception, or administrative coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Professional presence and positive attitude High attention to detail and ability to multitask Real estate experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and qualifications Bonus opportunities 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Why Join Us You'll play an important role in shaping the experience, energy, and professionalism of a high-performing real estate office.
