Aggregate Parts Specialist

Lemont, IL (On-Site)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, with most Saturdays required

We are looking for an Aggregate Parts Specialist to join our team and help support customers, vendors, and internal departments with parts operations and service support. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts Navigate parts manuals with guidance and training provided Communicate professionally with customers and vendors Create parts orders, purchase parts, and bill parts after shipment Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and tracking parts Work hand in hand with our sales and service departments Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work effectively in a rapid workplace environment Experience in parts, warehouse, sales, or service environments preferred Ability to learn parts systems, manuals, and equipment applications Previous experience in the aggregate industry (parts, sales, or service) preferred but not required Team-player attitude and willingness to learn Benefits Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative company culture Professional development opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Work boot reimbursement And more!
