This is NOT your typical dealership BDC or call center position. We are looking for someone polished, professional, organized, fast-paced, and great with people. Your role will focus on customer communication, follow-up, retention, review generation, repeat business, and helping create a luxury ownership experience for our clients. At Haus of Imports, we sell over 100 luxury vehicles monthly and have built one of the strongest reputations in the industry. We are now building a dedicated Customer Retention & Client Relations Department. Base pay is $52,000

• 65,000 plus performance bonuses. Successful candidates can earn $80,000
• 100,000+ annually in this role.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with previous customers Build long-term customer relationships Generate repeat business and referrals Request and manage online reviews Communicate with recent buyers after delivery Help resolve customer concerns before they escalate Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales/service teams Reactivate old leads and previous clients Assist with CRM organization and customer communication tracking Maintain a professional luxury-level customer experience (Coffee addiction is acceptable.) What we are looking for: Excellent communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Strong texting, phone, and computer skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive energy and confidence Ability to remain calm under pressure Customer service or luxury hospitality experience is a plus Automotive experience is helpful but NOT required This role is about: Relationship building Opportunity creation Protecting reputation Creating warm handoffs to sales and service Delivering a true customer experience You'll be talking to real people, not reading from a script like a telemarketer from 2007.
