What You'll Be Doing Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production. Drive continuous improvement in plant performance and cost optimization. Manage and develop team members to achieve operational excellence. Oversee equipment maintenance and reliability programs. Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.
