Aggregates About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production. Drive continuous improvement in plant performance and cost optimization. Manage and develop team members to achieve operational excellence. Oversee equipment maintenance and reliability programs. Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards. What Are We Looking For Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational priorities effectively. Skilled in fostering team engagement and talent development. Knowledge of aggregate production processes and quality control principles. Commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance. Work Environment This role operates in an outdoor, industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and heavy equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
