Job Description

About the Role Put complex machines together from the ground up. As an Agricultural Machinery Assembly Technician, you will build complete machines and subassemblies by following mechanical drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions. You will work independently with your own hand and power tools, meeting production targets while upholding strict quality standards. A Day in the Life Translate blueprints and mechanical drawings into precise assemblies and finished equipment. Follow step-by-step procedures to fit, fasten, and adjust components; perform basic troubleshooting when needed. Use hand tools and battery-powered tools safely and efficiently throughout each build. Inspect your work to verify function and quality before moving units forward. Keep your station clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols. Coordinate with teammates; surface issues and improvement ideas to your supervisor. Support production by taking on additional tasks as assigned by management. Your Toolkit (Bring Your Own) Socket wrench set Screwdriver and pliers kit Wire strippers Steel-toed boots Battery-powered tools (including drill and grinder) What You Bring Experience in mechanical or machine assembly (preferred). Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics with confidence. Hands-on mechanical aptitude and assembly skill. Familiarity with agricultural equipment or industrial machinery (a plus). Dependable work ethic; able to follow instructions and work solo or with a team. Physical Demands Standing for extended periods during assembly operations. Lifting and moving parts up to 50 lbs. Repetitive motions that include bending, reaching, and fine manual work. Work Environment Manufacturing/production floor setting with typical industrial noise and active machinery. Strict adherence to all safety policies and practices.
