About Us:
Hepworth / Highline Brands is a licensed cannabis processor in New York State dedicated to producing high-quality products while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations. As our operations expand, we are seeking an experienced Inventory & Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our inventory systems and supply chain processes.Position Overview:
The Inventory & Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control, procurement, and supply chain operations. This role will manage the Data Entry Technicians and Inventory Specialists and collaborate cross-functionally with production, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable operations.Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all inventory and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with New York State cannabis regulations Supervise and support Data Entry technicians and Inventory Specialists, including training, performance management, and workflow oversight Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices Lead regular inventory audits, reconciliations, and reporting processes Manage procurement planning, vendor relationships, and supply forecasting Monitor supply levels to ensure uninterrupted production while minimizing excess inventory Ensure full compliance with our ERP system, METRC and state regulatory reporting requirements Analyze inventory and supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Collaborate with production and operations teams to align inventory with production schedules Prepare reports and provide insights to senior leadershipSkills:
3-5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations management Proven experience managing staff or leading a team Strong understanding of inventory control systems and supply chain principles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environmentRequirements:
Must be at least 21 years old Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Ability to meet all New York State cannabis employment requirements, including background checksPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in the cannabis industry or other highly regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food production, manufacturing) Familiarity with METRC or other seed-to-sale tracking systems Experience with ERP or inventory management softwareCompensation & Benefits:
