With a focus on custom installation, meticulous craftsmanship, and long-term maintenance, we create dream landscapes and build lifelong relationships. We are currently seeking a Tree Service Foreman to lead field operations. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality, safe, and efficient work for both residential and commercial clients. This position requires strong leadership skills and advanced climbing ability. Pay will depend on experience. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a tree crew on all job sites, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality. Perform advanced climbing work (DRT/SRT) for pruning, removals, and aerial rigging. Operate and oversee use of chainsaws, pole saws, rigging systems, aerial lifts, and other industry equipment. Direct ground operations including brush dragging/chipping, rope handling, chainsaw work on the ground, stump grinding setup, and traffic control. Conduct job-site safety briefings and hazard assessments before work begins. Enforce proper use of PPE and compliance with
ANSI/OSHA
safety standards. Ensure equipment is maintained, inspected, and reported if in need of repair. Train and mentor climbers, ground crew, and new hires. Communicate clearly with customers on site regarding scope and progress. Coordinate with management on scheduling, materials, and equipment needs. Complete daily paperwork and job reports accurately. Delegate tasks effectively and motivate team members. Act as the point of accountability for crew safety, work quality, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 3+ years of professional climbing experience (DRT/SRT). Strong rigging and chainsaw skills, in-tree and on ground. Experience as a foreman or crew leader preferred. Knowledge of proper pruning standards and safe removals. Ability to run chippers, stump grinders, and aerial lifts. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
