What You'll Do:
Lead tree care operations with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Ensure crews follow proper pruning, removal, and rigging techniques. I mplement and enforce safety procedures to protect both crew members and the public. Manage work zones & traffic control when necessary. Oversee equipment and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and safety standards. Communicate with clients, complete work orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Schedule and oversee service for trucks and equipment. Provide mentorship and hands-on training to crews, fostering growth within the team. What Makes You a Great Fit? 5+ years of professional tree care experience. Deep knowledge of tree pruning, removals, and plant health care. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage crews. Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset. Valid California Driver's License with a clean record. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
