This energetic role involves overseeing the maintenance, pruning and health assessment of trees. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for aboriculture and a comprehensive understanding of tree pruning for safety, aestetics and health. They must have an good understanding of tree sales and proposing. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily tree care operations, including pruning, trimming, planting, and removal activities schedule work for each day. Base schedule on best use of crew location Conduct site assessments to determine the health of trees. Develop tailored care plans based on horticultural best practices Ensure safety protocols are followed during all tree care activities Manage equipment maintenance safety and P.P.E Create schedules for tools and machinery used in tree work Collaborate with clients / account managers to plan tree projects that meet aesthetic and environmental standards Experience Proven supervising experience in tree care services Strong background in horticulture, arboriculture (tree care), or related fields with knowledge of plant health management very helpful Familiarity with safety standards related to tree work and equipment Leadership skills demonstrated through team supervision or project management roles Must be bi-lingual / English and Spanish Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices within landscaping and horticulture fields Join our family team!
