Job Description

Sales Arborist DLC Landscape and Arbor LLC Denver, CO Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $250,000 a year 21 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Referral program Qualifications Customer communication Teamwork Outdoor work experience Customer service Writing skills Business development Driver's License Certified Arborist Pesticide Applicator's License Full Job Description Sales Arborist About Us DLC Landscape & Arbor is a growing, arbor-centric landscape company serving HOA communities, commercial properties, and homeowners across the Denver metro area. We specialize in long-term landscape stewardship—combining arboriculture, plant health care, irrigation, and disciplined maintenance to protect and improve the properties we manage. We are not a low-bid contractor and we're not trying to be everything to everyone. Our clients rely on us to bring expertise, consistency, and proactive recommendations - not just complete work orders. Internally, we operate with a clear structure and a high level of accountability. Every role in the company has defined ownership, and our team is expected to solve problems, communicate directly, and follow through on commitments. We value collaboration, but it comes with responsibility—our team works together to solve problems, not pass them along. We are hiring a Sales Arborist who will also serve as a Qualified Supervisor, responsible for identifying tree and plant health issues, educating clients, and converting opportunities into work that can be executed at a high level. This role works closely with both our arbor and landscape operations teams to ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered. If you're looking for a role where expectations are clear, performance matters, and your work directly impacts the growth of the business, you'll fit well here. If you prefer heavy direction, loose accountability, or a transactional sales environment, this likely won't be the right fit. Job Summary As a Sales Arborist at DLC Landscape and Arbor, you will play a vital role in growing and supporting your assigned sales territory within the Denver Metro Area. This role will involve diagnosing and monitoring Arborscapes, estimating job costs, and providing recommendations for completion of the work. You'll be the trusted advisor for property owners, contributing to the health and safety of the outdoor spaces we care for. Your day-to-day will include setting up crews, ensuring work quality and client satisfaction, and actively growing your territory through referrals, networking, and new business development. DLC Landscape and Arbor offers uncapped earning potential, with total compensation ranging from $50,000 to $250,000+ annually based on performance. About You You are passionate about working outdoors and making a lasting, positive impact on the environment. You enjoy solving customer problems and providing industry-leading solutions for tree care and landscape maintenance. You're resourceful and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, growing company. You're driven to learn, grow, and expand your expertise while maintaining high standards of integrity and customer service. You have hands-on experience in the green industry or hold a degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, or a related field. (Experience is valued as much as formal education, and we'll help accelerate your learning journey!). You're a leader who focuses on team building and collaboration. Support HOA and Commercial accounts with ongoing tree work and landscape enhancement quoting Capitalize on a robust pipeline of inbound leads.
