We specialize in tree removals, trimming/pruning, Plant Health Care and fire mitigation with the use of cranes, mini skids and other forestry equipment. Our team is dedicated to safety, professionalism, and delivering high-quality service to our residential and commercial clients. Job Summary We are seeking Seasonal Field Technicians to join our crew for the season (with potential for future opportunities for the right candidate). This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, have a flexible schedule, gain hands-on experience in the tree care industry, and be part of a hardworking, supportive team. Responsibilities Assist with tree removal, pruning, and fire mitigation projects Assist with operating and maintaining tools and equipment Perform debris cleanup, chipping and other ground tasks Support other crew members with daily operations Must be able to follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials Strong work ethic and willingness to be a part of the team Prior experience in tree care, landscaping, or similar field Valid driver's license Must be willing to complete a drug test and background check What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) with opportunities for overtime Seasonal/temporary employment with potential for future opportunities On-the-job training and skill development Supportive and safety-first work environment How to Apply If you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a dedicated crew, we'd love to hear from you!
