  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Coordinate complex clinical scheduling across inpatient services, transplant and hepatology clinics, outreach sites, and provider availability.
+ Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications. + Plan and execute events and educational programming, including webinars, meetings, and faculty recruitment visits. + Manage travel logistics and expense processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies. + Support procurement activities and financial tracking, including purchasing and budget coordination for events and operations. + Coordinate provider credentialing and licensure processes, ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance. + Serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with faculty, staff, trainees, and external partners.

  • Minimum Qualifications

Intermediate Level:
  • + Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution. + One (1) year of professional level experience in an administrative or program support setting.
  • Senior Level:
  • + Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution. + Two (2) year of professional level experience in an administrative or program support setting.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • + Three (3) or more years of experience providing administrative and/or business support in an academic, healthcare, hospital, medical, and/or University environment. + Experience in complex scheduling and calendar management. + Experience with provider credentialing and licensure processes.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • + Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution. + Outstanding customer service skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
