Tree Service Team Member Largo, FL 33773 From $200 a day - Full-time From $200 a day - Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tree Service Team Member and be at the forefront of maintaining healthy, beautiful trees! In this energetic role, you'll actively participate in tree care, trimming, removal and maintenance projects that enhance community environments. Whether operating or assisting with rigging and tree service tasks, your contributions will directly impact the safety and aesthetics of our customers outdoor spaces. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in arboriculture, tree care, and land management while working alongside passionate professionals dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities must have a valid license and be able to be added to our commercial insurance no dui's in the last 5 years drive truck with equipment trailer and other equipment safely to perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal tasks with precision and care Assist with rigging procedures to safely lower heavy limbs or trees during removal or maintenance projects Use GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools to map and assess landscape areas for planning and project execution Conduct lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general gardening activities to support overall site health and appearance Support tree care initiatives by applying horticultural knowledge to promote healthy growth and sustainable practices Assist with land clearing, planting, and ongoing landscape upkeep to ensure vibrant, thriving outdoor environments Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure team well-being Experience Growing experience in tree care, landscaping, or horticulture is highly preferred; enthusiasm for learning is essential Familiarity with rigging techniques, bucket operation, and use of bucket trucks is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided Basic understanding of GIS applications related to land management or landscaping projects is advantageous Prior experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance helps build a strong foundation for success in this role A proactive attitude toward developing skills in arboriculture, horticulture, and land management is highly valued Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards Embark on a rewarding career path where your efforts help create safer, greener communities!
