Overview We provide the appointments and leads. Join our dynamic team as an Outside Tree Sales Specialist and become a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will actively engage with customers on-site, offering expert advice and personalized solutions for their tree needs. Your enthusiasm for horticulture combined with strong sales skills will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, connect with nature, and help clients create beautiful, thriving landscapes. Servicing Pinellas and Hillsborough County we are looking for two candidates. Duties Must have prior experience in Tree sales and estimates Must have drivers license and vehicle Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable tree products Provide detailed product information, including tree varieties, and maintenance tips Support the setup of displays and promotional materials to enhance the outdoor sales area Qualifications Proven experience in customer service and sales, mainly within horticulture or outdoor retail environments Strong knowledge of trees trimming and removal is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a professional appearance Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for helping customers achieve their outdoor goals Ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods during busy periods Join us in creating vibrant landscapes while developing your sales expertise!
