Sales Arborist $80,000 - $150,000+ per year | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses Warm Leads Provided — Focus on Consulting & Closing, Not Cold Calling Are you an experienced arborist who enjoys educating homeowners and business owners while helping them protect their trees and property? Southern Star Tree Services, a family-owned professional tree care company based in Dacula, GA, is growing and looking for a motivated Sales Arborist to join our team. We provide qualified leads so you can focus on consultations, building relationships, and closing sales—not chasing cold prospects. Why You'll Love This Role Warm, company-provided leads (no cold calling) Base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses Realistic earning potential of $80,000-$150,000+ annually Join a growing, family-owned company with strong roots in the greater Atlanta Area Represent a safety-focused team with 45+ years of combined experience Ongoing professional development, including support for ISA Certification What You'll Do Conduct on-site tree assessments for residential and commercial clients Identify hazards, structural concerns, pests, diseases, and recommend appropriate tree care solutions Educate customers and build trust through professional consultations Prepare accurate estimates and proposals Close sales and coordinate smooth handoffs to production crews Provide excellent customer service to encourage referrals and repeat business Travel throughout our greater Atlanta service area What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional arborist or tree care experience Sales experience in tree care, landscaping, or home services is a plus Strong knowledge of tree biology, common Georgia species, and arboricultural practices ISA Certified Arborist preferred (or willingness to obtain certification) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to walk properties and perform ground-level inspections (no climbing required) Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for estimates, photos, and communication About Southern Star Tree Services Southern Star Tree Services is a fully licensed and insured, family-owned company proudly serving the greater Atlanta area.
