Your Responsibilities as a
Senior Tree Worker & Certified Arborist Advanced Tree Care & Preservation:
Perform and oversee pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, and plant health care according to
ANSI A300
standards.
Climbing & Technical Rigging:
Safely execute complex climbs and precision removals with expert rigging techniques.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Train and mentor crew members, helping less-experienced workers grow into safe, skilled professionals.
Client Communication:
Provide on-site assessments, explain work recommendations, and help clients understand the value of proper tree care.
Safety Leadership:
Set the example for crew safety, enforce company and industry standards, and actively promote a "safety-first" culture.
Equipment Mastery:
Operate and maintain advanced equipment — aerial lifts, chippers, chainsaws, skid steers, and specialty arborist gear.
Strategic Contribution:
Partner with leadership to improve operations, develop best practices, and contribute ideas for long-term growth. What We're Looking For This role is ideal for an experienced arborist who: Holds an ISA Certified Arborist credential (or equivalent professional certification) Has 5+ years of professional climbing and advanced rigging experience Is highly skilled in tree risk assessment and proper pruning techniques Demonstrates leadership and mentorship ability Thrives in a team-based, respectful, and safety-conscious environment Communicates well with both crew members and clients Is committed to continuous learning and industry best practices
Requirements:
