  • 35+/hr (based on experience) About Us Adam's Tree Service has been providing professional tree care throughout Southeastern Michigan for over 60 years.
We are seeking an experienced Climbing Arborist who takes pride in safe, efficient, and high-quality tree work. Responsibilities Perform technical tree pruning and removals using modern climbing systems Execute rigging operations safely and efficiently Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other tree care equipment Lead and mentor groundsmen and junior climbers Communicate professionally with customers on-site Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards Assist with emergency storm response when needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years professional climbing experience Strong knowledge of rigging, pruning, and tree removal techniques Valid driver's license required CDL preferred ISA Certified Arborist preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work safely at heights and in demanding conditions What We Offer Top pay for top performers Consistent year-round work New and well-maintained equipment Paid certifications and continuing education Advancement into crew leader and management positions Family-oriented company culture Ideal Candidate You are a self-motivated climber who values safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
