You may be:

Installing irrigation and drainage systems Building landscape beds, retaining walls, and edging Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers Troubleshooting sprinkler hydraulics and electrical systems Installing outdoor landscape lighting Operating trenchers, skid steers, and mini excavators Climbing roofs to install holiday lighting Winterizing sprinkler systems You'll gain valuable skills across multiple outdoor trades while working alongside experienced professionals. Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who: ✔ Enjoy working outdoors ✔ Like working with their hands ✔ Have a strong work ethic ✔ Show up on time ✔ Take pride in doing quality work ✔ Want to build a career—not just collect a paycheck Experience in construction, landscaping, irrigation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, utilities, concrete, or equipment operation is a plus, but not required . We can teach the skills. We can't teach attitude. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Able to lift 75+ pounds Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Positive attitude and willingness to learn This Job Isn't for Everyone This is real outdoor work.
