Job Description

Overview:
We're hiring motivated individuals who want to build a career in tree work. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and real growth opportunities. If you like working outdoors, staying active, and learning a skilled trade, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Assist with tree removal and pruning Support rigging operations (ropes, pulleys, lowering limbs) Operate equipment such as chippers and assist with bucket truck work Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow all safety procedures What to
Expect:
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced job. You'll be working with heavy equipment and handling large material from heights. It requires focus, awareness, and the ability to stay "locked in" throughout the day. If you're not comfortable with hard work, heat, or a high-responsibility environment, this is not the right fit.
Requirements:
Reliable and strong work ethic Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Willing to learn and take direction Valid driver's license preferred
Safety:
Hard hats and chainsaw chaps required at all times PPE is provided Must wear work boots and long pants
