This role involves performing essential tree care and landscape maintenance tasks to ensure the health and aesthetics of trees and gardens. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors, a strong understanding of tree trimming techniques, and the ability to operate various equipment safely. Duties Conduct tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy growth and improve the appearance of trees. Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, mulching, and lawn care. Operate bucket trucks and other rigging equipment safely to access high branches. Collaborate with team members to execute landscape projects efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Skills Proficient in tree care techniques, including proper trimming methods and safety practices. Experience in landscape maintenance, with a focus on garden aesthetics. Knowledge of growing conditions for various tree species and their specific care requirements. Ability to operate rigs and bucket trucks effectively for high-altitude work. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
