Tree Climber

Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Perform professional tree climbing, pruning, and preservation work according to company standards Maintain climbing gear, tools, and assigned equipment in proper working condition Complete required paperwork and digital job records accurately Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first culture on every jobsite Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality at all times

Qualifications:

Strong attention to safety, detail, and craftsmanship Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical labor 18+ months of professional arboriculture experience ISA Certified Arborist preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months Valid driver's license and reliable transportation About Company We're not just a tree company—we're a team on a mission to raise the bar in our industry.
