Job Description

Foreman — Tree Trimming & Removal (Part-Time/Temporary) Ironwood Tree service is hiring an experienced Foreman to run daily crew operations for our tree trimming and removal business in the Tulsa, OK area.

Position type:

Part-time or temporary, seasonal. No guaranteed hours. Potential to move to full-time based on workload.

Responsibilities:

Run and direct the crew on-site daily Execute tree trimming and removal jobs to spec Communicate supply and equipment needs to ownership Ensure job site safety and quality standards are met progress and issues to ownership

Requirements:

Proven experience in tree trimming and tree removal Must be able to drive both standard (manual) and automatic transmission vehicles Clean driving record — no tickets or incidents Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable and safety-focused What this role is

NOT:

Not a scheduling or hiring/firing role — ownership handles scheduling, hiring, and termination decisions Not guaranteed hours; seasonal demand-based work

Pay:
