Job Description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining high-quality landscapes for clients across the United States. As an Irrigation Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and efficiency of landscape irrigation systems by conducting regular property inspections, identifying issues, and utilizing innovative technology to document and communicate findings. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of client properties. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of landscape maintenance customer properties to identify irrigation and landscape issues. Utilize apps and software technology on iPad/iPhone, including Weathermatic SmartLink Inspection software, to document findings. Communicate effectively with clients, staff technicians, and subcontractors regarding inspection results and recommendations. Manage the SmartLink online platform, including alert management, programming, and administrative settings. Prepare and submit inspection reports and necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Assist in the completion of repair estimates, proposal creation, and follow-up with clients. Review daily accomplishments and issues with Irrigation Technicians to ensure quality service delivery. Meet performance metrics, including completion of scheduled inspections and proposal approvals. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to learn and use software applications on tablets or smartphones. Adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Problem-solving and job planning skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Basic knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus. Ability to frequently stand, walk, crouch, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
Offered compensation:
$20/yr - $25/yr Experience and License Requirements Irrigation Systems (optional)
