Job Summary Join our team as a Tree Climber / Lift Operator, where you will play a vital role in maintaining healthy, beautiful landscapes through expert tree care and efficient lift operation. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing specialized equipment to perform tree trimming, pruning, and landscape maintenance tasks. Your skills will directly contribute to enhancing urban greenery, ensuring safety, and supporting environmental sustainability. We seek motivated individuals eager to grow their horticultural expertise and bring vibrant landscapes to life. Duties Safely operate bucket trucks and various sized lifts to access high branches and tree canopies for pruning, trimming, and removal. Use rigging techniques to secure trees or limbs for safe cutting and disposal. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, planting, mulching, and general landscaping dutie when needed or as required. Assist with growing experience in horticulture by applying best practices in tree health management and plant care. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during equipment operation and tree work activities. Experience Prior experience in tree climbing, arboriculture, or landscape maintenance is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with bucket operation, bucket trucks, lifts, or similar aerial lift equipment. Knowledge of rigging techniques for safe lifting and removal of heavy limbs or trees. Hands-on experience with tree trimming, pruning, and general horticultural practices. Growing knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape management enhances your ability to contribute effectively. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to lift operation, climbing techniques, and outdoor work environments.
