• Temporary, Seasonal Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Sidekick to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves performing various tasks related to groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and tree care to ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy and aesthetically pleasing. Responsibilities Perform mowing and trimming of lawns to achieve a well-manicured appearance. Maintain the health of landscapes through proper care techniques, including watering, fertilizing, and pest control. Conduct groundskeeping activities such as raking leaves, clearing debris, and maintaining flower beds. Build and maintain garden features, ensuring they are in excellent condition. Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal as needed. Dig and prepare soil for planting new trees, shrubs, or flowers. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge for the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, tree care, and groundskeeping techniques. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
