The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscaping, with the ability to work at heights and perform various tasks related to tree maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees in our clients' landscapes, contributing to the overall beauty and safety of outdoor spaces. Duties Climb trees using appropriate safety equipment and techniques to perform pruning, trimming, and removal of branches. Conduct thorough inspections of trees to assess their health and identify any potential issues or hazards. Implement proper tree care practices, including fertilization, pest management, and disease control. Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, irrigation installation, and gardening as needed. Supervise and train junior staff members in tree care techniques and safety protocols. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are safe for use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Skills Strong knowledge of tree care practices, including pruning techniques and pest management strategies. Experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping principles. Supervising experience is preferred to guide junior staff effectively. Proficiency in lawn care practices and irrigation systems.
