We are seeking a motivated Sales Arborist to grow our commercial and residential client base while helping lead the expansion of our Plant Health Care program. Why Join Kolcun Tree Care? Opportunity to help shape and grow our PHC program. What You'll Do Meet with residential and commercial clients to evaluate tree and landscape needs. Develop proposals for pruning, removals, PHC treatments, and long-term management plans. Build relationships with HOAs, municipalities, property managers, developers, and contractors. Diagnose pests, diseases, soil issues, and tree health concerns. Provide risk assessments and science-based recommendations. Manage a sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities. Collaborate with crews to ensure exceptional project execution. Qualifications ISA Certified Arborist required (or ability to obtain within 12 months). Strong knowledge of tree biology, PHC, and southeastern pests and diseases. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. TRAQ and pesticide licensing preferred.
