What You'll Own Build and execute your strategy to develop new commercial tree care business throughout North Texas. Prospect and cultivate partnerships with commercial property managers, HOAs, luxury residential clients, and other key decision-makers. Walk properties, identify opportunities, and provide expert recommendations that create long-term value for clients. Prepare and present compelling proposals that solve client challenges and earn their trust. Become the market expert by staying ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with operations to ensure an exceptional client experience from sale through execution. Expand existing client partnerships through strategic upselling and additional services. What You Bring ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain certification within 612 months) 3+ years of outside sales, business development, or territory development experience Proven success generating new business and consistently exceeding sales goals Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Arboriculture or tree care knowledge with the ability to translate technical expertise into client-focused solutions Experience with Aspire is a plus Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record Why Southern Botanical?
