This isn't an account maintenance position. It's a growth role for someone who wants to make an impact and positively influence the future of Tree Care within Southern Botanical. What You'll Own Build and execute your strategy to develop new commercial tree care business throughout North Texas. Prospect and cultivate partnerships with commercial property managers, HOAs, luxury residential clients, and other key decision-makers. Walk properties, identify opportunities, and provide expert recommendations that create long-term value for clients. Prepare and present compelling proposals that solve client challenges and earn their trust. Become the market expert by staying ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with operations to ensure an exceptional client experience from sale through execution. Expand existing client partnerships through strategic upselling and additional services. Consistently exceed sales goals while building a strong, sustainable pipeline. What Makes You Successful You naturally create opportunities where others don't see them. You are driven to uncover new opportunities, compete for business, and consistently win new clients. You don't need someone handing you leadsyou'd rather go find them. You enjoy generating business, setting ambitious goals, and celebrating wins. You combine technical credibility with the confidence to influence decision-makers and close business. What You Bring ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain certification within 612 months) 3+ years of outside sales, business development, or territory development experience Proven success generating new business and consistently exceeding sales goals Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Arboriculture or tree care knowledge with the ability to translate technical expertise into client-focused solutions Experience with Aspire is a plus Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record Why Southern Botanical?
