This role combines arboriculture expertise, consultative sales, and excellent customer service to help clients maintain safe, healthy, and attractive landscapes. Responsibilities Conduct site visits and assess tree and plant health, safety, and aesthetics Recommend pruning, removals, fertilization, pest/disease treatments, and plant health care services Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-up Prepare estimates and achieve sales goals Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure high-quality project execution Diagnose tree diseases, pest issues, and structural concerns Support safety standards and industry best practices Qualifications 3+ years of experience in arboriculture, tree care, landscaping, or related sales roles ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Strong knowledge of tree biology, plant health, and landscape management Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with CRM systems and digital tools preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Work Environment Field-based position with frequent outdoor site visits Exposure to varying weather conditions Collaborative work with crews, operations staff, and clients
