In this role, you will be the point person on-site, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards. We offer a trial onboarding period with a significant pay bump once you prove you are the right fit for the team.
Key Responsibilities Crew Leadership:
Serve as the on-site leader, directing the daily activities of the tree care crew and managing team productivity.
Safety Enforcement:
Ensure all crew members follow proper safety protocols, wear required PPE, and operate equipment safely.
Job Site Management:
Assess job sites, plan the execution of tree trimming, removal, and rigging, and ensure the property is left clean.
Equipment Operation:
Oversee the proper use and maintenance of company tools and machinery (chainsaws, chippers, trucks, etc.).
Customer Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site clients, answering questions, ensuring satisfaction, adding job if requested and collecting payments. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience working in the tree care industry (trimming, removal, rigging). Prior experience in a leadership or foreman role directing a crew. Strong knowledge of tree service safety standards and equipment operation. Dependable, punctual, and physically capable of demanding outdoor labor. A valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
Benefits & Perks Clear Pay Progression:
Earn $300/day to start, scaling to $400/day after a successful 3-month review. Steady, full-time outdoor work. Opportunity to lead a dedicated team.
