Production Climber (Arborist) Wanted. Big Conifers, Bigger Mountains. (Leavenworth, WA)

Clifton Tree Service is hiring an experienced Production Climber to run the sharp end on large technical conifer removals across the Leavenworth area. We're talking tall Ponderosa, Doug fir, and Grand fir. Real PNW removals that actually ask something of you. West coast style. Rope-forward, efficient, clean. This isn't a suburban trim-and-bump job. Our bread and butter is technical removals over houses, outbuildings, fence lines, and power. Dialed rigging, good communication, no wasted motion. The Work Lead climber on large conifer removals. DdRT/SRT, spar work, piecing down tight zones.

Advanced rigging:

negative blocks, speedlines, GRCS, floating anchors, porty work. Run the saw you earned the right to run. Stihl 462, 500i, 661, 881 in the tree. Dial in production pace while keeping the jobsite, crew, and client safe. Run a 3-person crew from tailgate meeting to final rake. Read the tree, read the drop zone, make the call. What You Bring 2+ years production climbing on big conifers. West coast experience preferred. Solid rigging IQ. You know when to let a piece run versus take the hit, you understand load forces, and you can set up a rig that keeps your ground crew safe. Sharp saw skills, sharp decision-making, sharp teeth (bonus). Valid WA license, clean driving record, CPR cert or willing to get it. ISA Cert is a plus, not a requirement. We'll help you get there. Can lift 50+ lbs, works in all weather, shows up ready. The Pay & The Perks $33 to $40/hr DOE. Paid like a pro because that's what we expect.
