  • facilitating team flow and helping to coordinate daily tasks and floor coverage to ensure both guests and staff are supported.

  • inclusive engagement and modeling how to validate individual guest goals. ensuring staff language and actions promote a sense of belonging for all identities.
  • maintain extreme expertise with our point of sale system. ability to execute complex operations, teach others, and solve problems.
