Tree Service Crew Member The Talented Tradesman - Baraboo, Wisconsin The Talented Tradesman is looking to add one more dependable team member to our growing tree service crew. We are open to hiring either an experienced, well-rounded worker or an entry-level applicant with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The right person does not need to know everything on day one, but they must be reliable, safety-minded, physically capable, and willing to work as part of a team. We are known for high-quality work, professional standards, and some of the best tree service equipment in the area. We invest in top-notch tools and machinery so our crew can work safer, more efficiently, and more professionally.

Responsibilities Job duties may include:

Assisting with tree removals and pruning Dragging and processing brush Jobsite cleanup Ground support for climbers and equipment operators Basic rigging assistance Operating chainsaws, chippers, skid steers, loaders, lifts, or other equipment based on experience Performing routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Following safety procedures and crew instructions Helping keep trucks, tools, and jobsites clean and organized Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Shows up on time and is dependable Has a strong work ethic Can perform physically demanding outdoor work Works well with others Follows instructions and safety procedures Takes pride in doing quality work Is willing to learn and improve Can work outdoors in varying weather conditions A valid driver's license is strongly preferred. Experience in tree service, landscaping, construction, logging, farming, mechanical work, or heavy equipment operation is helpful but not required.
