The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in arboriculture, with a passion for maintaining the health and beauty of trees and landscapes. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of tree and shrub care. Responsibilities Perform tree pruning, and removal using appropriate techniques and equipment. Operate bucket trucks safely for high-access tree care tasks. Utilize rigging techniques for safe branch removal and tree dismantling. Conduct assessments of tree health and provide recommendations for care and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks. Qualifications Certification as an Arborist from a recognized organization is required. Proven experience in tree care, including pruning, and removal techniques. Familiarity with rigging methods and bucket truck operation is essential. Strong understanding of arboriculture principles related to plant health and growth. Experience in driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Class A CDL is a plus Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
