Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic position involves hands-on work in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and hardscape projects, ensuring each site meets high standards of quality and aesthetics. Whether you're trimming trees, operating power tools, or maintaining irrigation systems, your efforts will directly contribute to creating inviting landscapes that clients will love. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power equipment Maintain landscape features by pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, and performing tree care activities Operate construction equipment like excavators for site preparation and hardscape installation Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Use various hand tools and power tools to perform routine landscape maintenance and repair tasks Requirements Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment such as excavators Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care and tree trimming techniques Familiarity with hardscape installation, and snow plowing is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions for extended periods This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build a career in landscaping or horticulture.
