Benefits and Perks Competitive wages depending on experience •Health Insurance (Dental & Vision)•401K with generous company match Direct Deposit Paid time off that begins to accrue on Day 1 Paid travel time from branch to job sites Company-provided training, CEUs, and professional development Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform general troubleshooting and repairs on irrigation systems Accurately completes and submits paperwork daily Manages and tracks materials for each day's jobs Produces jobs and ensures quality control according to route schedule and company standards. Effectively communicates with Account Managers, clients, and fellow employees Operates and maintains equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards. Performs just in time, light maintenance and equipment as needed in the field. • Accurately records hours worked on a daily basis in accordance with company policies and expectations • Exposure to physical elements including heat and cold, and other potential hazardous materials with the use of ppe Qualifications Experience in landscape irrigation maintenance and repair Ability to work independently, consistently, and efficiently with limited supervision Flexible enough to work varying hours to meet the needs of the company, which can include long days Ability to frequently lift, pull and push 75 lbs. Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and a strong work ethic to do the job right the first time Ability to work and walk for long durations in Arizona weather Reliable and punctual Valid Arizona driver's license and a clean driving history Legally eligible to work in the United States Previous Sustainable Landscape Management experience is a bonus Santa Rita Landscaping offers competitive pay based on experience and what YOU bring to the table.
