Farm Worker Crop production farm General Job Description Our company is looking for an individual who can work efficiently with a small team. You will be involved in all areas of field prep, planting, growing and harvesting of alfalfa and other types of hay. Employees are expected to be able to learn new tasks and to be able to work with others and on their own. This could include some night time work for irrigation and harvesting. It would be preferable if you had some tractor driving and mechanical ability but those skills can be taught. Any work with growing and harvesting hay would be great. It is outside work that can be physically demanding at times.
