Duties Carefully trim and manicure cannabis flowers to enhance their appearance and potency Remove excess leaves and stems using hand tools such as scissors Inspect plants for pests, mold, or other issues, ensuring only healthy buds are processed Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools to meet safety and quality standards Assist with plant identification and sorting to ensure proper handling of different strains Follow safety protocols during outdoor work and when using mechanical tools or equipment Skills Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality craftsmanship in trimming processes Good physical stamina for standing / sitting for extended periods This role offers an engaging environment where your skills contribute directly to the creation of top-tier cannabis products.
