We are currently expanding our cultivation operations and are looking for dependable, hard working individuals to join our Harvest and Quality Control teams. Position Overview We are hiring team members for our cultivation facility to assist with harvest operations and quality control processes. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and a willingness to work as part of a team. Employees may assist in multiple areas of cultivation depending on operational needs. Responsibilities Harvesting and breakdown of cannabis plants Weighing and handling harvested material Sorting and quality grading flower Assisting with trimming and post harvest processing Identifying and removing product that does not meet quality standards Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment Following SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance requirements Accurately completing production and tracking paperwork Working efficiently while maintaining quality standards Supporting other cultivation departments when needed Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arizona Facility Agent Card Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous cannabis cultivation or post harvest experience is a plus, but not required Facility Agent Card preferred, but not required What We Offer Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Hands on experience in a professional cultivation environment Team oriented workplace culture Opportunity to grow with a developing brand
