Job Description
Balance LA is a licensed cannabis cultivator based in Cudahy, CA. We are hiring multiple Cultivation Workers for our facility. This is a hands-on floor position. No management experience needed — we need people who show up, work hard, and take care of plants.
Responsibilities:
- Daily plant care: watering, feeding, and canopy management
- Assist with cloning operations: taking cuttings, preparing trays, monitoring roots
- Pruning, lollipopping, and topping mother and veg plants
- Transplanting clones and veg plants
- Room cleaning, sanitation, and waste disposal
- IPM support: scouting and applying treatments as directed
- Logging and compliance tasks as needed What we're looking for:
- Strong work ethic — this is a physical job, on your feet all day
- Reliable, on time, and coachable
- 1+ year cannabis cultivation experience preferred (will train the right person)
- CA cannabis worker badge (or ability to obtain)
