• Part-time, Full-time Job description TRIMMER Reports to: Processing Manager Minimum age 21 or older, based on CA state requirements .

General Summary In processing, the primary goal is to meet daily trimming and processing goals of finished flower. This role is critical for ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and is ready for sale or further processing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Trimming:

Carefully trim harvest cannabis plants to remove leaves, stem, and other unwanted parts while preserving the integrity of the buds.

Quality Control:

Inspect buds for quality and consistency, ensuring that only the best product moves forward in the supply chain.

Weighing and Recording:

Accurately weigh and record the trimmed cannabis, maintaining detailed records of weights and strains processed.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Regularly clean and maintain trimming tools and equipment to ensure a hygienic and efficient working environment.

Compliance:

Follow all company policies, procedures, and state regulations regarding the handling and processing cannabis.

Minimum Job Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in cannabis trimming or a related agricultural field is preferred but not required. Attention to

Ability to focus on detailed tasks for extended periods and maintain high standards of quality.

Manual Dexterity:

Proficient in using trimming tools with precision and care.

Physical Stamina:

Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods of time and performing repetitive tasks.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Understanding of state and local regulations related to cannabis processing is a plus. Schedule:

Full time with the possibility of overtime during peak harvest seasons.
