Job Description:

Understand how to operate the latest smarts controllers in the market Layout and install new or renovate existing irrigation systems Troubleshoots irrigation systems to determine repair needs Trench, install and fit piping for irrigation systems Sets sprinkler heads and valve boxes Communicates with customers on a routine basis to ensure satisfaction with service and solves problems to foster a positive, long-term relationship Ensures irrigation jobs are managed within budget to meet or exceed all required financial performance metrics Adjust irrigation schedules to maximize capacity and efficiency of workflow Partner with crew members where needed on irrigation projects/jobs Provide some sales and setting of customer service appointments Must be able to operate smart phone and computer Effectively and efficiently communicate in

English:

verbally, electronically/digitally and in writing Operate trencher, small hand tools (power and manual), skid steer, sod cutter, dingo, air compressor with boring and piercing tool

Required Qualifications:

1 year irrigation work experience is required Valid CA driver's license with clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

3 years irrigation work experience Irrigation Technician Certification is plus Bilingual (English and Spanish)
