Job Description

C & H Solutions is looking for an experienced Agitator/Farm Equipment Operator to join their team! The Agitator/Farm Equipment Operator will be dispatched out of Ault, Colorado and work within 50 miles of the shop. C & H Solutions provides multiple services: solids control, fabrication and welding, trucking, engineering, dirt construction, custom farming and more! Agitator/Farm Equipment Operator Compensation & Benefits:

Medical and Childcare, HRA 401K Paid Holidays PTO Safety-toed boot allowance Agitator/Farm Equipment Operator job duties: Assist with solids control at contracted Dairy Facilities Operate an agitator machine to extract liquid manure from lagoons Safely and efficiently operate a tractor Ability to set up a pump and hose for load out Assist with loading semi-trucks Effectively communicate and work within a team environment Check fluids, grease, inspect equipment and report maintenance issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Department Assist with spreading liquid manure Wear all required PPE while on the job Maintain machinery and equipment in a clean, organized, and operational condition
Agitator/Farm Equipment Operator Schedule:
Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM The ideal applicant would be reliable, detail-orientated and a team player. The Agitator/Farm Equipment Operator must have a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR. The Agitator/Farm Equipment Operator will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing, as well as a pre-employment physical.
