- $20 an hour 4 days ago Qualifications Teamwork Outdoor work Plant propagation Farm experience Plant harvesting Shovels Greenhouse cultivation Agriculture Farming Landscaper experience Full Job Description We are currently hiring two temporary seasonal workers to assist with planting on our licensed outdoor cultivation facility in Boone, CO.
JOB DUTIES
- Planting cannabis clones
- Unpacking and staging plant material
- Shoveling soil and preparing planting areas
- Watering and feeding plants
- Moving supplies and materials throughout the farm
- Assisting with general cultivation and planting tasks as needed
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is physically demanding outdoor work.Applicants MUST be comfortable:
- Working in extreme summer heat
- Starting as early as 6:00 AM, maybe earlier, to avoid the hottest part of the day.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily planting goals
- Standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Working outdoors in dusty, windy, HOT, and changing weather conditions.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
SCHEDULE
- MUST be available Monday through SUNDAY as needed.
- Start times as early as 6 AM.
HOURS AND DAYS MAY VERY DEPENDING ON WEATHER AND PLANTING SCHEDULE
- Must be able to be flexible with planting times and days.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AS A TEAM AND TAKE DIRECTION. REQUIREMENTS

MED BADGE REQUIRED!
- RELIABLE
TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED!
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor outdoors.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Farm, landscaping, nursery, agriculture, or cultivation experience is helpful but not required.
IDEAL CANDIDATES
This position is a good fit for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work and are comfortable working in agricultural environments. Experience in farming, landscaping, construction labor, irrigation, or other physically active outdoor jobs is a plus.THIS IS A TEMPORARY SEASONAL POSITION FOR PLANTING SEASON ONLY. HOWEVER, THERE IS OPPORTUNITY FOR FULL TIME POSITIONS.

$18.00- $20.
